MADAO is a family-run exotic catering company specialising in recipes from Madagascar and Reunion Island. Olivier uses local products and makes all the dishes from fresh produce. The menu ranges from aperitif to dessert with typical dishes such as samoussas, accras, sausage rougail, chicken colombo or homemade punch and rum. The products are sold by delivery for an event or a particular meal, but also in many direct producer sales outlets of the "La Ruche qui dit Oui" and "Locavor.fr" networks.
