Discover the Maison Gallé-Juillet during an Escape game, or walk through the gardens during an Explor game! Built on the remains of a medieval castle (traces of which can still be seen in two rooms with magnificent ribbed windows), this bourgeois house owes its name to the family who donated it to the town of Creil in 1929, in memory of their only son Maurice, who died in 1916 on a battlefield on the Somme. The emotion is at its peak when we wander from one room to another, rooms "as is" (nothing has moved since the Belle Époque) perfectly furnished with objects of the daily life of yesteryear (crockery, toys, linen...) and art objects inherited from successive generations of occupants. The visit, always guided, tells us all about the habits and customs of bourgeois life at that time and allows us to discover the Gallé-Juillet house in a convivial and playful way.
