To mark the European Heritage Days 2024, the Senlis Pays d'Art et d'Histoire is offering a wide range of activities on 21 and 22 September 2024.

-THE CATHEDRAL FOR CHILDREN

-SHOW : LES OUBLIÉES DES CATHÉDRALES - PUPPETS
The show is in two parts, which can be seen independently.

Part 1: Builder's Secrets, at 2.30pm, duration 40 min. Ages 7 and up
Part 2: Creatures of legends, at 4.00pm, duration 40 min. All audiences

-EXHIBITION: SENLIS AT THE LIBERATION
The theme of the exhibition is "The Liberation of Senlis in 1944". A second exhibition will be held on 8 May 2025 to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of the war.

Situé dans une cave romane du XIIe siècle, Le Cachot propose des visites contées depuis 2009 retraçant l’histoire de la ville. Découvrez la Taverne avec son musée de l’armement médiéval ainsi que son auberge pour ses événements culturels et historiques.

Free - Access to the bell tower restricted to a maximum of 10 people (difficult and narrow stairs, not recommended for people who are claustrophobic and/or prone to vertigo).
Opening of a dozen private properties by the City and the Sauvegarde de Senlis.

-OPENING OF SENLIS STATION
Come and discover a display of paintings on the heritage of Senlis and Chantilly, as well as an exhibition by the artists Jérôme Mesnager and EZP in connection with the street-art project "Rencontrez l'art sur votre route! There will also be a mobility stand and a competition with prizes.

-OUVERTURE DE LA STATION D'EPURATION DE SENLIS
La ville de Senlis et Veolia vous ouvrent les portes de la station d'épuration de Senlis. Visites d'1h15 à 10h et 14h sur inscription obligatoire au 03 44 53 00 80.

-ABBAYE DE LA VICTOIRE
Samedi et dimanche de 10h à 17h30
Venez découvrir les vestiges de cette abbaye de 1222 et son logis abbatial du XVIIe siècle devenu, après 1783, une résidence de campagne agrémentée d’étangs ainsi que d’un parc à l’anglaise.
24 Chemin de Villemétrie. Passer par l’allée des Marronniers à droite, 100 m avant le village de Mont-l’Évêque.
