Espace Henri Matisse 60100 CREIL
from 14h00 to 17h00
Vector is an artistic response by adult students on the photography course at the Espace Matisse, under the guidance and support of Gaël Clariana, professor of photography at the UFR des Arts in Amiens.
This project explores modern forms of industrial transport through an artistic approach, offering a look at the contemporary dynamics shaping this sector. The aesthetics of industrial transport are highlighted: steel, speed, energy and the functionality of materials are sublimated into veritable art forms.
At the crossroads of documentary and art, this approach invites reflection on the impact of industrial transport on landscapes. It reveals the sometimes striking tensions between transport and nature, machine and environment. The project examines the way in which industry transforms urban and rural spaces, rewriting their identity through the sometimes abrupt interactions between technology and the natural environment.
