Set off on a 19km family bike ride to discover the remarkable stones of the Halatte forest. The white horse dolmen at Chancy, the Gallo-Roman temple and the obelisk of the King of Rome bear witness to the ancient presence of man in these parts. Guided by the Tourist Office and supervised by the AU5V (Association des Usagers du Vélo, des Voies Vertes et Véloroutes des Vallées de l'Oise).
Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are compulsory for under-12s and recommended for over-12s and adults.
Places are limited, so bookings at the Pays d'Oise et d'Halatte Tourist Office are essential.
