To mark the Fête du Chaval, ALMA is putting on an exhibition entitled "Les grands Jockeys de Lamorlaye, Champions et Cravaches d'Or". This exhibition expands on the first two panels of our "History of Sport in Lamorlaye" exhibition, which are devoted to the equestrian world: from Pratt and Carratt to Saint-Martin, via Hartley, Bridgland, Biancone and then Boeuf, Peslier, Pieux, Mescam and a few others, you'll be able to see just how much, from 1863 to 2023, Lamorlaye was a town of horses and... JOCKEYS!
The exhibition will be on display on the terrace of Château de Lamorlaye throughout the Fête du Cheval, on 21 September, and will then be installed in the Anglican Chapel from 22 to 27 September from 3pm to 6pm.
