Set off on a food adventure in the Pays d'Oise et d'Halatte! Discover the edible plants and mushrooms of the season: morels, wild garlic, violets, black elder, hawthorn and other wild delights are waiting for you, right on your doorstep!

Awareness of good harvesting practices to avoid plundering the environment and ensure the food safety of the harvest will be raised throughout the workshop.
