Picnic area of the Parc de la Brèche

The Parc de la Brèche area is, as the name suggests, located in the Parc de la Brèche. Tables are set up on the banks of the river "La Brèche" and barbecues are available free of charge. You can also sit on the lawns by the ponds. It is often a very lively place, where children come to play on the two playgrounds installed, and where sportsmen come to run and enjoy the apparatus. During the summer months, the association "Les amis de la vapeur de l'Oise" (Friends of the Oise Steam Train) offers free rides on a small steam or electric train, and the Association Festival is held here every year in June.
